"It's just like a show home! This stunning home has been extended to the front giving extra dining area and downstairs cloakroom making it much larger than the other semi detached properties in the Woods.

Everything has been done in this property giving it a really modern appeal. The open plan feel of the lounge/dining area is an ideal space for a family and the kitchen/diner is such a good size, it's a real sociable area and the kitchen was replaced only four years ago and has modern units, stainless steel 'Neff' oven and extractor as well as integrated 'Bosch' dishwasher and washing machine. The large storage cupboard is a 'godsend' to hide the vacuum cleaner etc. The boiler was also replaced 4 years ago.

Upstairs are three immaculately presented bedrooms, two of which have built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a white modern suite.

You will fall in love with the house before you reach the garden but I'm sure the garden will seal the deal. With a decking area for alfresco dining, the garden is not overlooked and there is a shed which has power running to it.

There is a garage and drive and most importantly the property is situated within close proximity to the walks in the woodland where you can enjoy the local wildlife.

We lived in Lordswood and wanted to move to a bigger property and we were very specific that it had to be the Woods location. It has the best reputation and we liked the greenery around it.
We loved the extra space on offer with this property more than others had to offer, especially the large kitchen, there's enough space to cook and chat.
It's a nice quiet area, safe for children and we've loved living here.
We can definitely vouch that we have great neighbours and will miss living next door to them but our next move is a big jump up for our family home that we're looking to stay in for long time.
