"If you need a bit of extra space and ideally you want to live in the Walderslade Woods but haven't quite got the budget for a four bedroom home then I strongly suggest you take a look at this little gem.
The property has been extended to give adaptable accommodation where you need an extra bedroom or reception room. Wouldn't it nice to have the option.
The lounge is a really good size that opens onto a dining area.
There is a great size kitchen/diner with enough space to chat whilst cooking and socialise. Off here is another room that could be used as either a bedroom with en-suite or another reception room if required.
This type of house would really suit a growing family that needs their own space or a relative that may need a bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room and also has access to the garden.
As well as this, the property offers plenty of parking and it's surrounded by greenery and within walking distance to the commuter coach stop to London.

I was looking for a property in the Woods as my daughter lives here and I love the countryside and the setting with all the trees around it.
This house ticked all the boxes with the extra room downstairs that I use as a bedroom plus I love my garden and this has a Southerly aspect, ideal for growing plants and veg.
This is a pretty and quiet area to live and is close to the local shops and motorways.
It's been ideal for me but I've now decided to down size to a smaller bungalow.
