Located in a family friendly neighbourhood, with the nearest primary school being Wincheap Foundation Primary. Also a great location for those needing easy commuter access to Ashford, Dover, Canterbury and London. Canterbury City Centre is a short bus ride away with historic sights and fantastic shopping and restaurant scene.

This semi detached house is situated on a cul de sac road and has a great space to the front with off road parking. As you enter the property, you will find doors to the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and stairs up to the first floor. The lounge is spacious and sunny and leads from the front to the back of the house with French doors out to the garden.
