"This 1930's former miner?s cottage still retains many period features throughout and sits on a spacious plot of approx. 0.1 acres and has far reaching countryside views to the front and the rear. The property is entered via a porch into the spacious entrance hallway which has solid Oak flooring that continues on into the living room. The living room has a large window that floods the room with natural light and a brick open fireplace. The modern open plan kitchen diner has a tiled floor and a fireplace with a wood burning stove. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, space for a gas range cooker and a freestanding fridge freezer. The conservatory measures 26ft by 10ft and has two sets of French doors that lead onto the garden. Completing the downstairs there is a handy utility room which has a W.C and space for a washing machine and a dishwasher. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both of which have countryside views and a single bedroom.
