"An attractive modern house in a lovely cul-de-sac setting offering deceptively spacious accommodation with a light and airy atmosphere having undergone extensive refurbishment and now being delightfully presented. On the ground floor is a large sitting room which is open-plan to the dining room. The dining room overlooks and opens onto the garden and adjoins the comprehensively fitted kitchen.
