"It's no coincidence that so many of the neighbours have lived on The Crescent for many years. This is the type of area and home that you will surely want to settle in for quite some time.

As a home it feels light and welcoming providing plenty of space and versatility over the two floors. What also works particularly well is the intelligent design in the form of a dining room, which can be open or shut off from the living room.

The living room itself looking out onto the wonderful big back garden where the children can spend hours and hours having fun, as can you whether it be gardening or relaxing in the quiet, pleasant leafy surroundings.

Talking of your surroundings, it is fair to say this is one of the nicest parts of Canterbury having the very reputable St Stephens primary school very close by, as well as local mini supermarket, chemist and post office and a pub.

You are also within walking distance of the city centre, Canterbury West railway station with its high-speed train to London and are very placed for the University of Kent.

What the Owner says:

Our home was built by our family in the 1960's and we have found it to be a lovely, practical family home in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbours.

We have found it to be warm and comfortable to live in. The living room, kitchen and dining room have been designed for a sunny aspect throughout the day. The mature south facing garden has been a real treat all through the year.
