"A delightful semi-detached home with a large garden and driveway parking, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the popular residential area of Sturry. You have some excellent amenities within a short walk of the property, including local shops, the doctor`s surgery and the primary school, which has an outstanding` Ofsted rating. Sturry`s mainline train station is just under a 10-minute walk away, where you will be able to catch direct trains to London. One stop on the train gets you into Canterbury West, where you will be able to change onto the high-speed to London St. Pancras.

The property is modern and well-presented, perfect for those looking for their first home. On the ground floor, you have a lovely, bright loungediner with French doors opening out to the garden and a large cupboard underneath the stairs for storage. There is a modern, well-appointed kitchen which has a range of matching wall and base units and an integrated oven with a gas hob. There is space for a fridgefreezer and washing machine.
