"This property has a ground floor extension to the rear and the loft has been converted to provide up to four bedrooms overall. To the ground floor is an entrance porch that leads into the large living room which has a gas fire. There is a study off the living room and an under stairs storage cupboard. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and has glass doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen has wooden worktops, a waste disposal unit, plenty of cupboard space and ample space for free standing appliances. From the kitchen you can access the downstairs cloakroom which in turn leads to a bedroom / reception room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a modern bathroom with a four piece suite and some steeper stairs that lead to the bedroom in the loft. The property y is double glazed and is fitted with a water softener.

Rough common is a small village on the outskirts of Canterbury. Its enviable location has great access out on to the A2/M2 and yet is set in peaceful surroundings.
