"? South Canterbury Location
? Double Fronted Detached Family Home
? Double Garage Plus Block Paved Drive
? Close to City Centre, Hospital And Grammar Schools
? Three Reception Rooms
? No Onward Chain

This double fronted detached house in South Canterbury has four bedrooms and is offered to the market with no onward chain. The property is very well presented and has been meticulously maintained but could benefit from some updating. This is however, a home that you could quite happily enjoy whilst doing the work room by room. The accommodation is generous and starts with an entrance lobby that opens into the entrance hall. From here there are stairs to the first floor and doors to the majority of the ground floor living space. The lounge has a light and spacious feel and there is a dining room that can be found at the back of it. The dining room is dual aspect with double glazed windows to both side walls so it is not only another light room but you can enjoy the gardens as well from here. The entrance hall also gives access to a study which is front aspect facing and would have plenty of space for a desk and shelves. It could also work nicely as a playroom perhaps. The kitchen is a superb space with a separate utility room offering space for appliances and storage. Finally, there is a ground floor cloakroom. To the first floor, there are four well proportioned bedrooms with three of them featuring built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a balcony that is front facing and would be a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather. The shower room features a three piece suite comprising shower cubicle, wc and vanity hand basin. It would appear that in the past there was a bath as opposed to a shower cubicle and the potential is there to reinstate it as a bathroom. Moving outside and the gardens to the rear have been well looked after and fan out at the back so the garden to the rear is of a good width. To the front, you will find a block paved driveway for a number of cars plus a double garage with an electric garage door."
