"This detached bungalow is in a wonderful secluded setting inside a walled garden. The property offers comfortable well presented accommodation within walking distance of the City. There are gardens to the front and back of the property and a parking space within the development. EPC Rating - E Canterbury is a lovely medieval city with the very best of both worlds. An historic cultural centre with two theatres, open air Shakespeare in the summer months in the stunning grounds of St Augustines Abbey and the excellent new shopping centre within an easy walk of the house. There are a good range of schools both in the private and state sector and two universities. The Channel Tunnel and the Port of Dover are within 30 minutes. There are two main line stations in the city offering direct access to both the north Kent coast, the international station at Ashford and London via the new high speed link (57 minutes to St Pancras). Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months or more from 20th March 2015. A deposit of ?1315.00 will be payable. This is held within the Tenants Deposit Scheme and is refundable without interest at the end of the tenancy provided there is no loss or damage. Gas central heating, mains water, electricity and drainage. Available unfurnished. The landlord has requested no pets, smokers, or students.
