"A delightful two bedroom semi-detached home located in a popular residential area within walking distance to Canterbury West Station, the Westgate Gardens and the City Centre. This lovely home is well-presented, having undergone a series of upgrades by the current owners in recent years including a new boiler, new windows to the front, a new kitchen and an electrical re-wire. The living accommodation is surprisingly spacious, and the property has a bright and airy feeling throughout.

The property sits on a good-sized corner plot and is very attractive from the kerb, set back from the pavement with a generous front garden and potential to create a driveway, subject to any necessary planning permissions.

An attractive UPVC front door opens into a spacious entrance hall, with plenty of space to hang coats. A door to the left opens into a large double-aspect loungediner which has sliding doors out to the garden and a door straight ahead takes you into the kitchen. There is plenty of space in the loungediner for a large dining table and two sofas, and is ideal for those who like to entertain guests.
