"HALF PRICE ADMIN FEES. This spacious three bedroom bungalow is in a great location for UKC students and only 1.2 miles to the city centre. There is a large kitchen diner with an oven and hob, a washing machine and a fridge freezer and a big bright living room with double doors that lead on to the garden. There are two single bedrooms and one double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate WC. Free on street parking is available in the immediate area. Half rent is payable for July and August with the property available to move into from 1st September and a security deposit of ?200 is payable per person.

Kemsing Gardens is located in a popular student area close to the University of Kent. There is a convenience store nearby or if you need a supermarket there is an Aldi on the Rheims Way and an Asda on the Sturry Road. There is a regular bus service that runs in and around the city and many local taxi companies that are all competitively priced.
