"Guide Price ?350,000 - ?375,000. This is an excellent family home in a popular location that has no chain. Neighbouring properties have extended to the side, rear and gone into the loft. Currently the property has a carpeted hallway that has an under stairs cupboard and doors that lead to both the kitchen and the living / dining area. This room is the length of the property and has a bay window to the front, double doors to the rear garden and a working fireplace with a brick surround.
