"Blackthorn Road is set just a couple miles outside of the City Centre, on a very quiet and private family development. The house is set at the end of the cul-de-sac in a quiet corner of the plot. Offering three double bedrooms, the property would be ideal for a small family. All three bedrooms are double in size, the master has built in wardrobes and an ensuite. Upstairs there is also a good sized family bathroom.

Downstairs there is plenty of living space for the family. With a large living room, with feature fireplace and storage cupboards. Then through into the large kitchen/diner, you are greeted by the modern design and classy units. There is plenty of cupboard space and worktops for cooking the evening meals. Through the double doors you walk out into the private and secluded gardens, that back onto acres of woodland and wildlife.
