"An immaculately presented three bedroom semi detached house, built approx. 10 years ago in the Georgian style in order to blend in sympathetically with surrounding properties. The property is wonderfully light and has a spacious ground floor with underfloor heating throughout comprising an entrance hall, WC, large living room with inset log effect gas fire, an under stairs storage cupboard and French doors opening into a double glazed conservatory. The kitchen is also a good size and has integrated appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, slimline dishwasher and washer drier. Stairs lead up to a landing with more built in storage and doors to two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a shower room. The part walled rear garden is beautifully established whilst being low maintenance with a patio area, raised beds and gravel paths leading to a good size shed with power. To the front are two parking spaces and further borders of mature shrubs and trees. Harbledown village is on the outskirts of Canterbury, it has a highly regarded public house and is within walking distance of both the city centre and Canterbury West railway station.
