Lower Harbledown is a charming area of Canterbury set on the very edge of the city. Full of history, Lower Harbledown has easy access to the city whilst also surrounded by open countryside with Kent's famous title of being 'The Garden of England'.

Harbledown Park is a characterful, attractive and quiet cul-de-sac, all being detached properties which are well maintained.

The property had new insulated aluminium triple glazing fitted last year.

Access to the A2-M2 for London could not be easier and HS1 bound for London is also very convenient. This property provides excellent access links to Kent and beyond by several modes of transport.

The property itself provides a very flexible living space. It could be used as a five bedroom property as it is now, or as a four bedroom house with two studies, or the two studies could be used as an annex, giving a private lounge and bedroom for a member of the family or extended family.

The master bedroom has a walk-in shower and twin basins with marble tile flooring. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Off the annex is a leisure room equipped with a sauna, steam room, shower and hot tub giving space to relax and unwind after a long hectic day.

The kitchen was installed last year and has a dishwasher, washing machine and double oven. There is also a breakfast area not shown on the photograph.

To the front of the property is a double garage. Tucked away is a small shed around the corner. There is a side gate giving access to the rear of the property to a good size garden. It has an artificial lawn (so no mowing required!) patio to rear and side with a second shed.

The property will be ideally let unfurnished, though this can be open to negotiation.

From the bedrooms are views across the open countryside and farmland, principally orchards. Family properties to rent in this part of Kent are hard to find so if you are looking to relocate to Canterbury to be ready for the new academic year, don't let this one pass you by, pre-register your interest now to secure a booking date and time in early July.

There are excellent schools nearby, with Kent College's Infant and Junior school just down the road and Kent College Senior School, Kings School and St Edmunds School are also conveniently situated.
