"Located in a quiet cul de sac in the desirable village of Fordwich. The light and bright lounge has two large windows that flood the room with natural light and there is a wood burning stove that acts as the focal point of the room. Part of the lounge is used as study area and there is a handy under stairs storage cupboard. The duel aspect kitchen that overlooks the rear garden has a tiled floor, modern floor and wall units with a tiled splash back. The kitchen has space for a free standing gas cooker, an under counter fridge and separate freezer and there is a door that leads onto the garden. The downstairs bathroom is fully tiled with a modern P-shaped Jacuzzi bath with a power shower over and glass screen, a heated towel rail, a basin and W.C. Also downstairs there is a large dining room which could also be used as a downstairs double bedroom and an airing cupboard with a radiator inside. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with the master able to fit a large wardrobe and a further single bedroom. There are TV points to all three bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has a modern corner shower cubical with a power shower, a basin with storage below, a heated towel rail and a W.C.
