"Page & Co are delighted to present to the market this superb detached home. In need of some modernisation, this lovely home has so much to offer. Presented over two floors with an extension providing a utility area, shower room and home officebedroom.

From the front door you go into a porch, then through to the loungediner, which has a window to the front and door to the rear garden. Through to the kitchen, which is fitted with a range of units and two built in storage areas, one which could be turned into a lovely pantry. From the kitchen you go through to the extension which provides a utility area with space for washing machine, tumble dryer etc and a large storage cupboard. There is also a shower room and toilet. There is a room which faces the front which has been used as an officecraft room but would make a perfect bedroom for a teenager who wants their own shower or as a guest bedroom for when the family visit.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms with built in cupboard space, a family bathroom and separate toilet. The loft is spacious and insulated and has a pull down ladder for easy access.

Outside there is a good sized front garden with driveway for one car, however, there is space in the front to extend the parking facilities if needed. The rear garden is a great size, not too big but plenty of space for gardeners who love nothing more than pottering around growing flowers, vegetables, herbs etc. There is also a Summer house which has only been erected in recent years and a great space to sit and relax or can be equally useful as storage for garden tools, bikes etc.
