The apartment forms part of a small and well-maintained block, with lawned communal gardens to the rear and enjoys a peaceful position at the end of a quiet, no through road.

The location is perfect for commuters as the West Station, with its high-speed links to London, is just over a 10-minute walk from the property and Canterbury`s bustling City Centre is also only a short stroll away. You have an excellent range of amenities close by including gyms and swimming pools, supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. For the film buffs amongst you, you have a wonderful five-screen Curzon cinema within a short walk, showcasing the latest blockbuster movies and indie releases. If a night at the theatre is more your thing, you have the excellent Malthouse Theatre close by. Here, you will be able to take in a play, ballet or enjoy some stand-up comedy.
