Cromwell Road is just a short walk to Canterbury`s historic centre where you will find an array of shops and restaurants. The Kent & Canterbury Hospital is also only 5 minutes walk. This lovely spacious bungalow has always been a happy family home and after a recent refurbishment is now waiting for a new family. The neutral decoration throughout with good quality carpets, gives it a warm comfortable feel. The lounge has a bay window to the front of the property with wall lights and feature fireplace and the master bedroom has the bay looking out to the front of the property. There is a large double bedroom to the rear overlooking the garden and a smaller double bedroom to the side, which would also make an ideal home office space. The bathroom has been fitted with a modern white suite, including bath with shower over and glass shower screen. The kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely sunny space with a large skylight, a great place to prepare dinner whilst the kids draw or do their homework.
