"A modern and well-presented semi-detached home with off-road parking for two cars located in quiet cul-de-sac, just a 10-minute walk from Chartham`s primary school. Built in 2016, Summer Piece Grove is a small development which enjoys a peaceful position in the village, a short walk from the mainline train station and the village`s charming 15th century pub, the Artichoke.

The property is currently undergoing a garden transformation, which will be revealed in the coming weeks but is ready to be viewed straight away. The property has an attractive fa?ade of light blue weatherboarding and red brick, with a porch canopy.
