"Page & Co are pleased to present this lovely three bedroom family home located on Magnolia Drive in the popular village of Chartham. The property is a semi-detached house with driveway parking as well as ample onstreet parking. There is also a garage with electricity and lights which can either be used to park a car or as storage.

On the ground floor there is a good sized kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and fridgefreezer. To the rear of the property there is a large L-shaped lounge which has space to include a dining area and has a set of patio doors leading out to the garden. There is also a WC and large storage cupboard in the hallway. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and 2 further bedrooms which can accomodate a small doublesingle bed.

The property has gas central heating throughout and is double glazed. Chartham has a variety of local amenities including a great primary school. There are regular buses into Canterbury and Ashford as well as a train station which has regular trains to London. Early viewing is advised.
