"The village of Chartham is just under 5 miles from the City of Canterbury and has so much to offer. This lovely family home is nestled in the corner of a plot of just two houses and has a garage and parking. The St Augustine`s development has a sports club focusing mainly on football and cricket with teams from little ones to seniors and a lovely green and large playing fields with woods behind providing many beautiful country walks around The Downs, which is amidst some of the most stunning scenery in Kent. There is a primary school, friendly local pubs, convenience store and station where commuters can get a link to Ashford International Station for the fast train to London. The property itself if set over two floors with a large lounge to the front with double doors through to the dining room at the rear, a cloakroom, study/playroom and spacious family kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor. Stairs up to the first floor with four bedrooms, the master having an en-suite shower and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is neutrally decorated and has a shower over the bath.
