"This property has just come on to the market and will be available from early April. Located in a peaceful cul de sac within the heart of this popular village with great neighbours. There is a local grocery store, selling a wide range of items and the Blean Primary School with it`s outstanding Offsted report is a short walk away. Access to the A2 to London and Whitstable is easy and Canterbury City Centre is a short drive or bus journey away. This lovely property has been well maintained and offers accommodation over two floors. To the ground floor the kitchen/breakfast room is very spacious and looks out over the back garden. It has plenty of fitted units and a fabulous pantry cupboard. The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and nearly new cooker, although some of these items can be removed if required. there is plenty of space in the kitchen for a large table and chairs, which is great for the kids to do their homework and for family breakfasts. Just off the kitchen is a really handy room, ideal for use as a dining room, second living room or child`s playroom. In the hallway there is a handy shower room with toilet and a large lounge with storage shelves and large window to the front. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, most with fitted wardrobes or storage units and the master bedroom has a complete dressing table and drawer unit. On the landing there is a large storage unit, ideal for housing lots of books etc. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a seperate toilet. Outside there is a driveway for off road parking and a garage and the front garden laid to lawn. The rear garden is low maintenance, mainly laid to lawn with plenty of mature shrubs and a small patio area with table and chairs. A great garden to bird watch and quite private.
