"Located in the desirable village of Blean, this spacious detached chalet bungalow has been used as a B&B for many years but has the flexibility to be a large family home. In the entrance hall there is a handy under stairs cupboard and Amtico flooring that also can be found in the dining room. The large kitchen / breakfast room has a mosaic tiled floor, a colourful tiled splash back and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas hob, an electric oven, space for a freestanding fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a utility room which has further cupboard space, a sink, space for a washing machine a tumble dryer, a water softener and a door that leads to the rear garden. The large dual aspect lounge / diner has French doors that lead onto the garden and provides enough space for a large dining table to one end with sofas and chairs to the other. Completing the ground floor there are two double bedrooms both of which have en suite shower rooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is at the rear of the house and has a Juliet balcony which has a pleasant outlook. This bedroom has eaves storage across one wall accessed via two doors and comes with an en suite shower room. Also upstairs there is a further double bedroom with built in storage, a single bedroom and a room which could be used as a study or additional storage space. Completing the upstairs is the main bathroom which has a bath with shower over, a basin and a W.C. There is a detached garage which is currently used as separate accommodation.

With easy access to Blean Woods and the Crab & Winkle Way there is plenty for active families to do locally. Canterbury West station is 2.4 miles away and has a high-speed service that takes you to London St. Pancras in under an hour. Canterbury also offers a great selection of secondary schools, universities, colleges and there are welcoming pubs, restaurants and a range of traditional high street and independent shops.

The main house is set back from the road with a large driveway which provides parking to the front and extends down one side of the house to provide further parking. The remaining front garden is laid to lawn with a Victorian style street light. The rear garden is west facing and is mainly laid to lawn surrounded by mature shrubs. There is a large paved patio which runs from the back of the house and around the detached garage and has recessed external lighting to the edge of the patio. The rear garden also has a wooden shed and a gate for access."
