"A most impressive, Grade II listed, former farmhouse in an enviable position bordering farmland yet with easy access to the village facilities. The property is beautifully presented and boasts a wealth of charm and character with exposed timbers, impressive fireplaces and original brickwork. On the ground floor is the attractively fitted kitchen, a large sitting room featuring a handsome inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel stove and dual aspect windows. The dining room, which adjoins the kitchen, is also dual aspect and has a fireplace housing a wood-burning stove. The bathroom is well equipped and includes roll top bath and wall-mounted boiler set in the chimney recess. On the first floor is a pretty galleried landing with exposed timbers and chimney breast. There are three atmospheric bedrooms with the master having built-in wardrobes.Externally the property is approached by a track off Badgers Close. Vehicular access is gained via double five-bar gates onto a gravel parking area accommodating three cars.
