Westwood Cross is now the main shopping complex for Thanet with many large chain stores now situated there.

Alternatively, you are on the main bus route to Canterbury or perhaps, to the rest of Thanet for the shops and beaches too.

The property itself would suit first time buyers, downsizing buyers and buy to let investors alike.

The garden is a great size for those that have young children or indeed grandchildren.

To top it all off, the garage and large car port at the end of the garden, means you can tinker about for hours on end without being disturbed

What the Owner says:

When we moved in, there was so much work to do and we have lovingly done every job on the list.

We put the conservatory on to give us a bit more space and, built the garage at the end of the garden for my husband to do work to the 4 x 4 when we had it. The drive at the front gives us plenty of space if necessary to park.

We will miss this house and have been here a number of years, but it is time for us to move on now.
