There are three bedrooms on the ground floor with a family bath/shower room. In addition, there are also two double bedrooms and an en-suite on the first floor.

The master bedroom also benefits from a door out on to what could be a stunning roof terrace, with chimney top views of Broadstairs.

The real heart of this wonderful home has to be the lounge/diner. It is an exceptional size and once you see it, you will be able to imagine a great evenings entertainment with friends and family and even, a Sunday lunch round the table.

This home sits on a corner plot, so not only can you enjoy summer BBQ's in the rear garden, but there is also a secluded patio area down the side. Perfect for some garden furniture, as it can be a real sun trap and a beautiful place to sit back and relax.

We love our home and have been very happy here for many years now. The location is excellent as we are central to everything. Broadstairs town is a reasonable walk, plus the bus routes, train station and schooling for children.

We have looked after the property and updated when we needed to. Hopefully, someone would be able to move straight in without having to spend money on many improvements.

We will miss a lot of things when we move, like our wonderful neighbours. It is a fantastic area to live. Very friendly and peaceful.
