"A real touch of class throughout! This is how I can describe it, with it’s open plan accommodation downstairs, this property will suit either a first time buyer or even a small family moving up the ladder.

On the ground floor is a lounge which is open to the kitchen. This is great if you have young children and want to keep a close eye on them at all times. To the rear is a large double glazed conservatory, a great separate space to eat in as it can fit a large dining table. Off there, is the former garage which is currently being used as the utility area but also a relaxing kind of “getaway from it all” room. Maybe it would be perfect as a children’s playroom? Options, options, options! The bathroom is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. May I add, it is possible to convert bedroom 2 into two separate rooms, if you require that extra room. If done so, one could be used as a study maybe, again, more potential. Off the landing is a storage cupboard and again, if you have an eye for detail you could install a separate wc in there.

For you sun lovers out there, how about a large garden which measures in excess of 100ft. What great parties you can have in the summer. There is also a super sized double detached garage to the rear, which can hold 2 cars. However, there is also your own private driveway on the front, which can also hold up to 2 cars. Overall, what a wonderful property this really is.

What the Owner says:

We bought our home because of many reasons, the garden really attracted us as it was large and sunny and it had great potential, especially with a double garage at the back. The main reason was the kitchen, we loved it, it felt right and it was right. The fact it is open plan and of a decent size was something we found difficult finding at the time, until this house came along. Parking is never a problem at all, we have parking on the front for two cars and we have mentioned, we have a double garage at the end of our garden which can also hold two cars.
Since living here, we have modernised from top to bottom and hope it is to your liking as we have kept it as neutral as possible.
