If potential has anything to go by then this will certainly fit the bill.
This already sizeable 3 bedroom semi detached family home has huge potential to extend subject to planning permission from the local authority. At present each room is a great size and is brimming with character to bring that extra bit of jazz to the table.

Barnehurst mainline train station is nearby. In fact it is less than a 3 minute walk and has great transport links to Central London. Being within zone 6 not only allows affordable travel but quite possibly a seat along the way as Barnehurst is close to the start of the line.
Bursted Wood Primary School needs no introduction. It speaks for itself. Being one of the finest primary schools around and just a short stroll away. Also nearby is Barnehurst junior and infants which comes equally recommended.

Once inside it is evident this family home should be seriously considered.
