"Live life in a cul de sac! A great chance is waiting for you to purchase a fully extended family home and when I mean fully extended, I mean fully extended. Up, down, left, right, you name it. So if you are a growing family that needs loads of room then this may well be right up your street. The focal part of the property has to be the extremely large kitchen/diner, over 20ft is a fantastic size. Plenty of room to swing a cat in or two. There is also that much loved downstairs shower room and a separate utility room away from the kitchen. The lounge is in excess of 26ft, so plenty of room for large furniture and the double glazed conservatory is the icing on the cake, which is accessible from the lounge.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms with the main room having it’s very own cosy en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom off the landing. There are three toilets in the house in total.

To the rear is a sunny private southerly facing garden which is of a substantial size. On the front you can park up to three cars if parked correctly. Schools are right on your doorstep with Bedonwell Primary School just a short distance away. It is a very popular primary school with proven results in the past. Other benefits include double glazing and gas central heating.

What the Owner says:

We bought our home over 3 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. We wanted a quiet and safe neighbourhood and in this cul-de-sac we found it. The garden is just amazing. Very, very big, but private, sunny and amazing. It is a lot larger than your average garden. Even though it was already extended, we extended even further, making another bedroom with an en-suite and making the kitchen a larger kitchen/diner. It really is a large property and will suite a larger family. We are only moving as we want to be closer to the family which are further into Kent and we wish the new owner’s all the happiness in the world.
