"Here is an example of a spacious and very well maintained family home. It is located in an area known as Woodlands Park in Joydens Wood. The name of the area gives you a clue that there is a woodland nearby and in fact this house even has the feel of being set within the woodland itself.

The first thing that stands out is the large frontage. The house is set well back from the roadside and has a large gravelled driveway which leads to the house and up to the double garage. It is also noticeable that there is plenty of room to the left side of the house so there is even scope to further extend, (subject to planning permission). But that not to say that this isn't already a large property.

Inside the house has an instantly welcoming feel and there are good facilities too, including a ground floor shower room/WC as well as the main family bathroom. Both the kitchen and dining room have been extended as has the master bedroom which feels huge by todays standards. The garden has been lovingly maintained and is sure to be a feature that will impress those that visit.

The area is incredibly well regarded and Woodlands Park itself is coveted by those familiar with Joydens Wood. There are a number of useful amenities nearby, those include a local parade of shops, handy local buses and fantastic motorway access. There is also a golf course and health spa not far away.

We have lived here happily for a long time. The rest of the family have all 'flown the nest' and now its just the 2 of us we feel it is the right time to move on. We used to walk around this road long before we lived here and we always dreamed of owning a property here. Well the dream became a reality and it has been everything we had hoped for and more. The area is superb because you have everything you could need on your doorstep. We often take a stroll into Joydens Wood and make use of the local shops round the corner. One of the things that made us want this house was just how secluded it feels. The trees at the front look stunning and it gives the house a really 'tucked away' feeling.
