"THE PROPERTY: This four bedroom semi detached home is set on the popular Greenacres development, many of the properties there have been extended to create four bedrooms, but this property was built as a four bedroom home and as such has not got a loft conversion. However, as it is set on a corner plot it has potential to be extended to the side subject to all necesssary consents. A large garage is set to the end of the rear garden in a slightly elevated postion and has off road parking. The property itself has had some work carried out including replacement internal doors but could do with updating in some areas. It benefits from having two reception rooms, a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner and a wider than normal hall. To the first floor there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. There are good local amenities including shops, supermarket, doctors surgery, well reputed schools and there are good commuter connections with bus routes closeby, rail stations at Aylesford and Barming within easy reach and the M20 can be easily accessed via junction 5.
