"This attractive and imposing detached family home with five bedrooms is in the popular village of Wye and is ready to move straight into as it has been beautifully decorated and well maintained throughout and is one of the best properties I have seen on this popular village development.

There are only a handful of this size of property in this location and with over 2000 square feet there are plenty of rooms that would suit any family size and for the commuters, Wye train station is just a couple of minutes walk away and there is a great choice of schools to hand.

Admire the attractive frontage of the property and then as you enter into the hallway, you will immediately sense the space of this thoughtfully designed accommodation with a high vaulted ceiling. In this area is also the downstairs wc and under stairs cupboard.

Rooms flow well from the hallway, and doors lead to a study, dining room with a stylish flame effect fire, and a large sitting room with stylish French doors opening to the rear garden, all with large windows streaming the light through.

The kitchen breakfast area also has double glazed French doors which are great to use when entertaining to incorporate this outside space. The mainline station can take you onto Ashford International station where the High speed rail service will take you to St Pancras in 39 minutes! In the other direction Canterbury is just 15 minutes with an array of shops and restuarants, the Marlowe Theatre. Wye is great for road links to both Canterbury and Ashford. Access to the M20 motorway is easy with road links to London and to Channel Tunnel in Cheriton and coastal resorts.
