"Just off the beaten track and a short walk from the village High Street, lies Brenchley Mews.

A stunning cluster of homes built by Pentland. The quality of the build is apparent. Even before you walk in, you are greeted by hung tiles and a solid wood front door which opens into the entrance hall, where there is plenty of space for coats and shoes!

The kitchen looks out the front and has a certain 'country kitchen' feel, but houses lots of integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer - all manufactured by NEFF!

The lounge/diner is at the back of the home and, although light and airy (due to a full length window and French doors) is protected from the sun; making it cool in summer and warm in the winter!

The first floor consists of 2 of the 3 bedrooms, with the 2nd bedroom currently used as the main bedroom, having extra space - ideal for use as a study or dressing area.

The 3rd bedroom is currently used as a study, but easily accommodates a single bed, as well as other bedroom furniture.

The bathroom on this floor is sleek and modern, as is the en-suite to the top floor; which occupies the 2nd floor - a perfect room for visiting guests to enjoy!

What the Owner says:

When we bought this home from Pentland it was not only the last plot left, it was the show home!

I hadn't even made it into the kitchen, before I'd made my mind up that I had to have it. It genuinely has that 'wow' factor!

Sometimes it's not just about the quality of the build, but also the standard of the finish inside that really make the little differences - all the door furnishings and light fittings are top quality; the finish in the kitchen, cloakroom, bathroom and en-suite has meant that we've had to do nothing since moving in!
