"The village of Hothfield is situated a few miles north of Ashford just off the main A20 Maidstone Road, a popular little village. The area is surrounded by farm land and Hothfield Common, a partly wooded Conservation area. As well as the proximity to Ashford the village of Charing is also just a few miles north along the A20 and has a wide range of facilities, as well as its own railway station and both Charing and Ashford are fully accessible via bus route. Although small Hothfield still has its own shop and post office.

School Road is the main road into the village and the bungalow is on the left hand side opposite the old school. The gated entrance opens onto the front garden providing off road parking. The property is mostly double glazed except for the porch and the heating is provided by electric heating on Economy 7 tariff.

What the Owner says:

We’ve enjoyed living in Hothfield for the last 13 years. The village is lovely and quiet and we’ve always had great neighbours. The bungalow has been a lovely home, the lounge is nice and cosy and the kitchen is the perfect size with just enough cupboards. We use the 2nd bedroom as a dining room which is great as it overlooks the garden. We’ve updated the shower in the bathroom and also increased the amount of insulation in the loft.
