"AGENTS COMMENTS With sea views and minutes from Ventnor town centre offering a great range of restaurants and the crescent shaped beach sits this beautifully presented four bedroom period home. The current owners have modernised and upgraded the property whilst retaining many of the character features. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a feature fireplace and bay window providing great sea views, a beautiful fitted kitchen/breakfast room being a great place to sit and enjoy a meal with family and friends whilst discussing the days events. A real bonus is the study/bedroom 5 with an en-suite wet room making this a great place to accommodate an elderly relative or a teenager who wants their own space. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, with the master having great sea views from the large bay window. A great place to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and enjoy the views. There is also a modern fitted bathroom. Outside there are front and rear gardens plus the added benefit of off road parking and a lift for disabled access. 

OWNERS COMMENTS When we were looking for a suitable house on the island to take holidays as a family with our disabled father, we viewed Fairlands and were instantly taken with the fantastic panoramic views, from that first visit our hearts were lost. We have enjoyed many holidays during the time we have owned the house and will be very sad to leave it, but feel it is time to move on and hopefully another family can continue to enjoy the relaxing home we have created.
