"Looking for a modern and stylish home then look no further. Walking into the entrance hall the first impression is one of space. The gorgeous kitchen/diner, which is beautifully finished with its neutral colour scheme, really sets the tone for the rest of this property. There is a study, dining room and lounge it really does go on and on…. Carrying on through the ground floor there is also a handy loo which is big enough to throw a small party in! For those who like to keep their laundry hidden away you will love the utility room.

All the men out there who like their garages will be impressed with this one, which is also accessible from the house and with enough room for two cars and more - ladies

Upstairs the spacious theme continues with the bedrooms which are all doubles and two of them have an en suite so there is plenty of room, and no one will be disappointed! The lovely master bedroom has three built in wardrobes which any lady will enjoy filling, as well as its own en suite shower room.

We moved from a Victorian property so coming to a modern home with no work to do was amazing. We loved the amount of space available; and with 3 children there was no question of us being on top of one another. The stylish interior was a real plus and I love our kitchen which is big enough for us all. We both work so we appreciate our garden here where we can enjoy spending time with family and friends, and not have to spend hours working on it.

Although we are only 5 minutes from the beach - just across the Common - we can also walk to the village, and don't have to drive everywhere. Even the bus stop is nearby so we don't have to be a taxi service for the family!
