"This is a really rare chance to get your hands on a fantastic property in one of the best locations in Shanklin. The last house we took on in this road sold the first day it came onto the market for the full asking price! The house is in need of upgrading, so it's perfect for someone to put their stamp on in its generous plot and make it their own.

The sea views from upstairs are superb and the large gardens are ready for landscaping into whatever you desire.

There is a good margin here to increase the property's value greatly and when upgraded it's going to be worth far more than its current asking price. The house is in a beautiful location and has a good gas central heating system which has been serviced every year.

I have loved my 25 years plus at Bay Lodge but now I am in my 90's it is too much for me.

The property is in such a beautiful location which is so quiet and peaceful. It has been handy for the town centre and I have enjoyed walking out of my front door to the cliff path and gorgeous beaches. From the bedroom upstairs the view over the sea are wonderful and although the house needs a little updating, it's still a super home to be loved for many years.
