"Bungalows are always so popular in this area and when priced right, sell quickly.

This is a great example of that and being situated on a corner plot offers good space around the bungalow - but please do not worry about maintaining a large garden as the current owner has invested a great deal in this area. The whole front has had a new driveway and the side and rear gardens have been cleverly paved out with beautiful features making a pretty sun trap to enjoy without having to get the lawn mower out every weekend or break your back pulling out all those weeds that pop out from nowhere!

The accommodation flows well from the entrance hall but a wonderful feature is the surprisingly large lounge/dining room which leads straight out into the sunny gardens.

Being on a corner plot, the bungalow, does have the potential to extend (subject o planning) if you need more space. The current owner did having planning permission in the past to add another bedroom with an en suite. It's a very cosy property and well insulated too, it's got cavity wall and loft insulation along with every window having double glazing.

I'm sure whoever finds themselves falling for this bungalow will have many happy years here.

What the Owner says:

After 13 years of loving my bungalow, it is time for me to move on and be closer to family. It really is a lovely sunny spot here and I have made the bungalow as 'low maintenance' as possible inside and out.

It's flat around here too and the bus stop is very close which I use regularly to nip into town and my neighbours are very friendly as well.

The bungalow is spacious, I love my big lounge and the bedrooms are both good doubles. I have really enjoyed my time here and I will miss the peace and quiet, you can almost hear a pin drop every hour of the day.
