If so look no further than this well proportioned one bedroom flat which the current owner has made many improvements to, including creating an open plan 16ft lounge / dining area with an impressive brick fireplace and fully decorated throughout meaning it’s perfect for a first time buyer or busy professional.

The property also benefits from a communal garden providing somewhere private to enjoy those lazy summer evenings in peace.

What the Owner says:

From the first viewing of the property I realised it had so much to offer in comparison to other flats we had viewed in and around Sandown. For a start both us and the estate agent were easily able to park in what is now our own allocated parking space, with enough room in the parking area for additional cars which has been excellent when friends have come to visit meaning they don’t have to leave their cars on the road all night. We have the open plan living space great for entertaining friends and family as we’re able to cook and social at the same time.
