"When out hunting for your bungalow to relax in, this is the one you have to come and see!

The location is perfect for someone wanting to retire to or just relax in a peaceful situation, but with the benefit of having the shops and town not far away. You could hear a pin drop in the Close but just down the road are all the main facilities you could ever want and also a great bus service if required.

The property is prominent in its corner plot of the cul de sac and a paved driveway leads to a very useful detached garage which also has access via a door leading you to the pretty sunny gardens at the side and rear of the bungalow. The lounge has a lovely 'living flame' gas fire and leads to the kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory at the rear. An inner hall divides the accommodation well and takes you to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The bungalow is cosy, warm and very economical to run being double glazed, cavity wall insulated and has a well insulated loft.

Ten years ago I located from the mainland and fell for this bungalow straight away.

I've been very happy here and it really is quiet and peaceful. I have really lovely neighbours too which I shall miss dearly but the time has come to move back to the mainland and be closer to family; but I will certainly miss the Isle of Wight with all its charm.

The bungalow is very warm and cosy in the winter and bright and sunny in the summer and I'm sure you will be as happy here as I have for many years....
