"A surprisingly spacious family home individually constructed in 1981 by a local builder to house both him and his extended family. Located in the popular village of Wootton, close to great local amenities and situated on a main bus route to both Newport and Ryde towns.
The sweeping driveway leads up to an integrated garage with up and over door, power and light. Once inside the front door the long inner hallway offers entrances to the lounge and kitchen separately as well as offering the convenience of a ground floor wc. The walnut effect kitchen units have been cleverly placed to allow for a large 5 ring gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher and well placed American Style Fridge Freezer with drinks dispenser. Please note this is available to purchase by separate negotiation. Conveniently, a utility room offers space for laundry appliances and additionally houses the boiler. Leading from the kitchen through an archway is the dining area and integral door to the separate self-contained annexe. The large lounge resides in the front aspect of the home and offers an ornamental fire place with an electric fire inset. On the first floor landing the two main double bedrooms have a vast range of fitted wardrobes and storage. Bedroom 2 overlooks the woodland copse and bedroom 1 has views towards Spinnaker Tower on a clear day. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also of good proportions. This has been an ideal family home, allowing space for the children to play and for everyone to have their own privacy if desired. We have enjoyed having a Tesco Local on our doorstep as well as a good local doctors, dentist and an assortment of take-away outlets for Saturday nights in.

We will miss the long hot summers in the garden but are looking to downsize somewhere further into town.
