"This individually built home was originally constructed by Langdon Builders in the mid 1930's, and definitely provides a perfect family home. The entrance hall is very light and spacious and adjoins the principal rooms to the ground floor level. The lounge/diner overlooks the rear garden with French doors opening out onto a large patio area, making a perfect room to entertain friends, especially in the summer months with a family BBQ. The separate study is ideal for those working from home providing a quiet and peaceful environment in which to study. The kitchen has a substantial amount of storage space and originally had an AGA. The present vendors have chosen to have a breakfast table, with bench seating in the alcove. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility area ideal for hiding everyday clutter and leading to a back door to the rear garden. Our home was individually built in 1934 for a Doctor and his daughter, and we are the second owners..

We fell in love the minute we walked in through the front door, and could see its potential. The house retains an original feature of bell pulls which are still in working order today.

We have carried out many improvements over the years, and have found our home to be a solid place in which to raise our family. It is light and airy and is in a location that is ideal for schools and local amenities, all of which are within easy walking distance.
