"AGENTS COMMENTS For any young, growing family this spacious, modern detached house that has only had the two careful owners from new, has to be a great choice of home for you to see. The property consists of four bedrooms (one en-suite) and family bathroom on the first floor, whilst the ground floor comprises the 18ft lounge, dining room, kitchen and the always handy cloakroom. Parking is made easy here as well with the garage being complimented by the off road parking. There is also a good sized, enclosed, sunny rear garden for the kids to play safely in after school and at the weekend. Locally everything you will need for daily family life is nearby including the town centre, doctors and dentist surgeries, schools and transport links across the Island. Having the cloakroom along with the en-suite and main bathroom will make the morning work and school run a lot easier and having the separate dining room is great for having a place to sit down together and enjoy your evening meal. Chain free and waiting for the lucky new owners to call home! 

OWNERS COMMENTS We were blown away by the size of the house as well as the quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac location when we first viewed the home nearly twelve years ago. As a young, growing family the layout of the property, the size of the garden and the ability to get into town quickly and be near to the schools was also a big factor in wanting to live here. The neighbours are a great bunch and it has the feeling of living within our own little community here. We felt that moving here from the mainland would be great for raising the family in a safe environment as we have always loved the Island which held fantastic memories from many happy holidays here. We hope the new owners enjoy living here.
