We bought the house as a new build and were instantly attracted the moment we viewed. It’s a traditional looking style house and the quality of the finish inside certainly in our opinion made it stand out head and shoulders above the other nearby properties we had visited. The versatile open plan design we find, really suits a family lifestyle and having the addition of an off road parking space is huge plus point, especially in Cowes. The rear garden was again quite generous in comparison to a number of other new builds and offers us a good amount of privacy, the fact it was a new build, meant for us we knew it would be an economical house, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Having the NHBC warranty is quite assuring and there is now 5 years left.
