"Positioned in central Cowes this Double bay fronted period home is available with no onward chain complications and offers spacious accommodation on both levels as well as a long stretching garden to its rear. The property also offers a superb elevated view of the Solent from the rear bedroom. To the front of the house there’s a bay fronted lounge-diner which features high ceilings and offers a great amount of space, perfect for modern family living. Just beyond you have a lengthy kitchen which can easily incorporate a table and chairs and flows onward to the rear of the house where you will find a downstairs shower room and the Sun room which has double doors that open onto the patio and garden beyond. On the first floor there are three well proportioned double bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. The master bedroom again offers a bay window which enjoys plenty of light. Whilst the third bedroom takes full advantage of the fantastic view of the Solent with its dual aspect windows giving an excellent panoramic.
