"This modern house finished in a red brick and cream render, presents itself with show home quality with tasteful decor throughout. Solid wood flooring and upgraded kitchen furniture for example. The open plan kitchen with dining room is a great social area in which to entertain your guests, flowing seamlessly into the lounge that is flooded with light from the south facing garden that backs onto a natural brook and woodland. The garden is alive with nature and you can often watch the wildlife from the comfort of the living room.

Upstairs via the spot lit staircase, you are presented with the master bedroom that looks out over the garden and benefits from the sun and also has copious amounts of storage. The second double bedroom overlooks the front to which there are two off road parking bays and useful outside space. The bathroom has a three piece suite with mains fed mixer shower over the bath.

This property provides an ideal stepping stone onto the market or an excellent down size dependent or your position; Spacious rooms comfortably allow you to spread out on both levels. There is a feeling once inside that you are in fact in a larger house that is reassuringly private and peaceful but convenient to the famous sailing town that is Cowes.

When we started looking for properties in Cowes, we thought there would be the need for compromise. After viewing several houses, nothing really grabbed our attention until we viewed this one we call home today. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road, but is still within walking distance of the centre of Cowes. Useful transport links close by allowed us to get off the Island by car or foot in Cowes, or access Newport via bus or cycle path. Our home is well designed throughout and ticked every box we had on our wish list! We enjoy sitting in the garden by the stream on summer evenings enjoying a BBQ with friends and family. We are now looking to upsize & will miss this house!
