"Light, spacious and designed for the modern living family are all attributes that this recently built and conveniently located end of terraced house of a detached design has to offer.
One of the first homes to be completed on the Ensign close cul-de-sac which benefited from larger plots and houses finished to a higher specification, is this imposing family home finished in sand stone brick elevations with contrasting red brick coins and sills. Completed in 2005 the property benefits from all modern features and has the remaining balance of the reassuring NHBC house builder’s warranty.
Outside there is attractive frontage to the house with a garage to the side which is accessed via a generous sized driveway that can easily accommodate several cars.
Once inside, there is a great sense of warmth and space in the expansive front reception room that leads you onto the sociable kitchen and dining room which is ideal for young families to all share quality time together. My family and I spent some time searching for the perfect family home in Cowes. Finding a well balanced three bed home was starting to seem a struggle. We were initially looking for an older style property but when we viewed what was to be our home we fell in love with it! Being a newer build it was the low maintenance benefits that really appealed to me after owning an older property. It had so much on offer with being within walking distance of the local schools and the nearby parks where my children and school friends love to play at weekends. A new direction in life has presented itself and it is time to move on! I am going to miss living here, it has been the perfect home.
