Continue up Clune Brae to the Dubbs Road roundabout, and take the third exit onto Dubbs Road. Continue up Dubbs Road, turning right onto Crosshill Road followed by first left onto Leperstone Avenue. Continue along onto Gryffe Road where the property at number 14 is situated on the right hand side."
